Meet Alejandra Anastas

I’m a nonprofit professional with over seven years of experience in fund development, program design, and community engagement — and a lifelong commitment to making this city better for everyone.

My approach to this work is shaped by my lived experiences — growing up in and working alongside communities where opportunity isn’t always equally accessible. I’ve seen how connection, creativity, and persistence can shift what’s possible, and that belief drives everything I do.

At my core, I’m people-driven. I believe relationships are the foundation of every successful initiative — whether it’s a donor campaign, a youth program, or a neighborhood partnership. My work centers on building trust and creating strategies that honor people first.

I design people-centered learning experiences and systems that help individuals and teams grow. Across youth development, higher education, and community organizations, I have built leadership pipelines, facilitated values-based learning, coached staff and students, and strengthened the internal infrastructure that allows organizations to support their people effectively. My work is grounded in building belonging, clarity, and confidence — because when people feel supported and equipped, they lead boldly.
